Application refers to Gamify, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Lapillo Studio.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cell phone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
If You use the Service without signing in, all game data (weekly scores, XP, streaks, daily check-ins) is stored locally on Your device only and is never transmitted to Our servers or any third party.
If You choose to sign in with Google, We collect the following information via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC):
This information is used solely to identify Your account and synchronise Your game data across devices. We do not share it with any third party other than Google/Firebase as the authentication and storage provider.
When signed in, Your game data (weekly scores, XP, level, streaks, daily check-ins, shop inventory) is synchronised to Google Firestore (Google LLC) so that it is available across Your devices. You can delete Your account and all associated cloud data at any time from within the app via Settings → Delete Account.
We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymised usage data, including:
This data does not identify You personally and is used solely to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can opt out of analytics collection through Your device's advertising settings.
With Your permission, We may send You push notifications for weekly check-in reminders. Notification tokens are managed by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) and are not used for any purpose other than delivering these reminders. You can disable notifications at any time from Your device settings.
The Service uses the following third-party services provided by Google LLC, each governed by Google's Privacy Policy:
To provide and maintain our Service, including synchronising game data across Your devices when signed in.
To improve our Service, using anonymised analytics to understand usage patterns.
To contact You via push notifications regarding weekly check-in reminders (only with Your permission).
Game data stored locally is deleted when You uninstall the app or use Settings → Reset Data.
Cloud data associated with Your account (Firestore) is retained as long as Your account exists. You can permanently delete Your account and all associated cloud data from within the app via Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is irreversible.
Analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
Local data is protected by Your device's own security mechanisms. Cloud data is protected by Google Firebase's security infrastructure, including encryption in transit and at rest. While We strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect Your data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are aware that a child under 16 has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can take appropriate action.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
